- LAY ON STOMACH
- THEN PRESS YOUR CHEST UP WITH YOUR ARMS
- THEN YOU LET GO AND ALLOWED YOUR ARMS TO ROCK YOUR BODY BACK AND FORTH
- AFTER YOU ROCK BACK AND FOR 5 TO 6 TIMES THEN YOU LAY BACK ON YOUR STOMACH
- DO THIS EXERCISE 6 TIMES
