- LAYING FLAT ON YOUR BACK WITH ONE LEG STRAIGHT UP (90 DEGREES)
- WHEN YOUR LEG LIFE YOUR HIP MIGHT NOT STAY SQUARE
- ARMS ARE PRESS DOWN ON THE MAT TO KEEP STRUCTURE AND TIGHTNESS
- THE LEG CROSSES THE BODY FIRST, THEN CIRCLE DOWN AND LIFE
- DO EACH LEGS AT LEAST 10 SETS ON EACH LEGS.
