STEPS OF THE ROCKING
- LAY ON YOU STOMACH
- HANDS GRABS ANKLES
- LIFT UP
- AND STARTING ROCKING
- DO IT 3 OR 4 TIMES
- REPEAT 10 MORE TIMES
- AFTER THIS EXERCISE SIT BACK ON HEELS AND STRETCH
